Collaboration is the path.
Shared humanity is the goal

The 1st Annual Conference on Shared Flourishing

Our Theme

How can we advance conflict resolution & peaceful communication
as the primary way we address social conflict?

We already know a lot about how to manage, resolve and transform interpersonal, organizational, social and even international conflict.

Unfortunately, this knowledge is held behind closed doors. It is the province of specialists, mediators, therapists, diplomats and other practitioners.  How can we bring peaceful forms of conflict transformation to the public at large?  That is the theme of this conference.

This isn’t your everyday conference.  Our goal is to answer the questions posed above by having conference participants create a practical Action Plan.
